With our extensive experience across process control, automation and SCADA systems our engineers are on call to provide a response to plant breakdowns/stoppages. Whether an existing client or new, our background in system integration means we are also familiar with support and upgrade to legacy systems. We can also advise on replacement/upgrade of obsolescent control and automation products and systems.

System Design
We assess and gain a full understanding of the customer’s needs by in-depth briefings, site surveys and a User Requirement Specification (URS) documentation. A solution is then submitted accordingly.
The solution is included in a Functional Design Specification (FDS) document that details the operating parameters, what equipment will be used, how the equipment will work together and any appropriate standards that will be adhered to. This could be from designing a small control panel to control a small pumping station, to designing a large control system using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), which control multiple processes that all interact with each other. Full Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings will be supplied along with operator manuals and maintenance manuals/schedules as required.
Installation and Commissioning
The FDS is used as the basis for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) leading onto commissioning, training, site/system handover. The project is then passed on to the Total Automated Support and Maintenance Team for ongoing support, project extension etc.
